You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also have all original tags and labels attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team at support@nezvoro.com or call us at +1 (718) 576-3845 during our business hours (Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST). Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping Policy
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Shipping Rates & Times: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Our standard shipping time is 3-5 business days.
- Domestic Shipping Only: Nezvoro LLC currently ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
No Restocking Fee:
Nezvoro LLC does not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you received a damaged or incorrect product, Nezvoro LLC will cover all associated costs to rectify the situation, including return shipping and replacement shipping.
