At Nezvoro, we take pride in the quality of our barber chairs and barbershop equipment. However, we understand that there may be situations where a return or refund is necessary. This policy explains how returns and refunds work at www.nezvoro.com.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Customized or bulk orders may not be eligible unless faulty
If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or refund unless the product is defective.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@nezvoro.com with your order details. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Once approved, you’ll be given the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved:
A refund will be processed to your original payment method
Processing time may vary, but typically refunds appear within 5–10 business days
If your refund is delayed or missing, first check with your bank or card provider. Then, contact us if needed.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nezvoro.com with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or assembled barber chairs
Gift cards or promotional items
Customized or special-order products
Items returned without authorization
