  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Shipping Rates & Times: We offer Free Shipping on all orders. Once processed, shipping time is typically 3-5 business days within the continental US.
  • Shipping Limitations: We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
  • Delivery Estimates: While we aim for timely delivery, shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Return and Refund Policy

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at support@nezvoro.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Return Shipping Cost: Nezvoro LLC will provide a prepaid label for return shipping. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
  • Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@nezvoro.com.
  • Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
